Franz Joseph Gall had a variety of different haircuts during his career. He reached fame as an outstanding physician and neuroscientist. Nevertheless, the neuroanatomist, physiologist, and pioneer in the study of the localization of mental functions in the brain was mostly known for his extradordinary sense of fashion and his charming character. Before his tragic passing at the age of 70 he was repeatedly talked about in magazines and tabloids due to his exceptionally hair and looks.
